Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cartons Egg Beaters
    1 lb. low fat sausage
    1 pkg. shredded cheese (fat free)
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Scramble sausage until brown.
    Add onion, diced.
    Add eggs to mixture and stir until done.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish, eggs, cheese, eggs, cheese, etc. ending with cheese on top.
    Brown under broiler.
