Quick And Easy Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
2 boneless chicken breasts, skins removed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. water
Preparation

Grease bottom and sides well of an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish. Spread uncooked rice over bottom.
Arrange uncooked chicken breasts over rice.
Spread undiluted cream of mushroom soup over chicken.
Sprinkle oregano and basil over casserole.
Add water and cover.
Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
