No Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) ready-made graham cracker pie crust
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 oz. frozen nondairy whipped cream
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
    1 c. strawberry glaze
Preparation
    Slice strawberries and set aside.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually blend in sugar.
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
    Fold in whipped topping; set aside.
    Spread a thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust.
    Place sliced berries on glaze and cover with another layer of glaze.
    Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over glazed berries.
