Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Blend flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Slowly mix dry ingredients with wet. Knead dough. Split into 2 portions. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 1 hour. Roll into small balls. Roll in sugar and cinnamon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
