Japanese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix margarine and sugar; add eggs and beat.
    Add vinegar, mixing well.
    Stir in raisins, pecans and coconut.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
