Chicken Breast And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boned whole chicken breasts
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
    red pepper (optional)
    Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
    1 lb. shrimp
    2 small chopped onions
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Dip chicken breasts in egg and water mixture.
    Season with salt, pepper and red pepper to taste.
    Roll chicken in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    Saute shrimp and onions.
    Spread this on chicken breasts.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Lay rolled chicken in a pan in which margarine has been melted.
    Add sherry. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting with pan juices.
