Cheese-Bacon Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    about 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, cheese, bacon and milk to form a sticky dough. Turn out on floured surface.
    Knead 10 times.
    Turn smooth side up and pat out 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter dipped in flour.
    Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
