Herb-Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole or 6 half chicken breasts
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, finely grated
1 1/2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
3/4 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. marjoram, crumbled
dash of hot pepper sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Stir all ingredients, except chicken, until well blended; set aside.
Wash chicken and wipe each piece dry.
Turn each piece in sauce (wet ingredients) to coat thoroughly.
Tuck thin edges of chicken under each piece, forming a compact shape, about 1 1/2-inches thick.
Place in shallow roasting pan and roast at 425\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes or until done.
Serves 6.
