Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed (optional)
Preparation

Saute zucchini, onions and tomatoes (and garlic, if including) in oil.
Cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
