Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    4 potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots, sliced lengthwise
    1/2 onion, cut in rings
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet or bake in oven until almost done.
    Place in a large casserole dish.
    Top with potatoes, carrots, and onions.
    Pour water in bottom of dish.
    Pour tomato sauce over the top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes and carrots are done. Serves 4.
