Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. sweet milk
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Work in enough additional flour to form dough that can be handled easily.
Roll very thin and cut with biscuit or cookie cutter. Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
