Frogmore Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning
4 lb. small potatoes
2 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
6 ears corn, cut into 4 to 6-inch pieces
4 lb. shrimp
Preparation

Fill
a large pot with water. Add the Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and return to boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add sausage and corn. Return to boil and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes (turn pink).
Remove from heat. Serve with French bread, cole slaw or salad.
