Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine
eggs,\tsugar
and
oil in a large mixing bowl; beat well.
Combine
flour,
soda, salt and cinnamon;
add to sugar mixture and beat well.
Stir in carrots, pecans, pineapple\tand vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at\t350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until wooden pick
inserted in\tcenter\tcomes
out
clean.
Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove from pan and let cool completely.
