Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 medium or 12 large mushrooms
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 scallions, chopped, including tops
2 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
pinch of pepper
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. dry white wine or light cream
Preparation

Wash mushrooms and remove stems; save stems for filling. Place caps, hollow side up, in shallow baking dish or pie plate. Arrange larger ones to outside and smaller ones inside.
