Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. butter
    Rice Krispies
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil until not quite done.
    Grate potatoes. Combine with sour cream, soup and melted butter.
    Grate cheese and dice onions.
    Combine with rest.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with Rice Krispies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
