Tempura Vegetables(Batter Fried Vegetables) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

oil for frying
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 egg yolks
2 c. cold water
dash of salt
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip
broccoli, onions, fruit, cauliflower, mushrooms or even fish for dipping
Preparation

Beat
egg yolks with water;
when smooth, sift in flour gradually,\tstirring as well.
Stir only until combined.
Heat oil to
approximately\t325\u00b0
to 350\u00b0 in temperature.
Dip the ingredients (fruits or vegetables) in the batter and carefully drop
them\tinto the oil.
Fry until brown and puffy and risen to the surface.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately or keep warm in a 300\u00b0 oven on a tray in a single layer.
