Meringue Mint Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. mint chocolate chips
    few drops of green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix egg whites, salt and cream of tartar until stiff.
    Beat in sugar gradually.
    Stir in food coloring and chips.
    Drop on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven off and put cookies in.
    Leave in overnight.
