Scallop Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. crushed crackers
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped onion
6 drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix well. Turn into 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
