Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing, mixed as directed
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, onion and carrots 5 minutes and drain.
    Mix dressing as directed.
    Fold in zucchini, onion and carrots with sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
    Put dressing in bottom (save 1/3 for top).
    Place sliced chicken on top of dressing, then zucchini mixture, then dressing on top.
    Salt and season to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
