Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck beef, ground
    1/4 c. melted Spry
    1/4 c. onions, minced
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 carrot, chopped or grated
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine beef and melted Spry.
    Add onion, green pepper, carrot, crumbs, salt, paprika and mustard.
    Blend.
    Add tomato juice and mix well.
    Pack in a baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2-inch, greased with Spry.
    Spread ketchup on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
