Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Add milk to potatoes and mix well.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
    Mix with potatoes and milk, then add beaten eggs. If potatoes are very dry, add a little more milk.
    Add melted shortening last.
    Bake in greased muffin tins in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
