Crusty Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    3/4 tsp. fine herbs
Preparation
    Dip each breast half in buttermilk mixture and roll in crumbs. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
