Green Bean, Tomato And Salami Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. salami
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    3 tomatoes, peeled
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut salami into 2 x 1/4-inch thick sticks.
    Put into mixing bowl.
    Trim tips and ends of green beans.
    Cut into 3-inch long pieces.
    Steam for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Mix ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix ingredients of the dressing in a separate bowl with a whisk and then pour over the salad.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Makes 4 servings.
