Polly'S Chicken With Black Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 chicken thighs
2 onions, chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can pitted black olives
1 jar tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
cooked rice
Preparation

Brown chicken in a little oil, remove.
Saute onions, garlic, celery and olives.
Add tomato sauce.
Return browned chicken to pan.
Simmer until chicken is tender.
Just before done, add red wine vinegar and steam a few minutes.
Serve over rice.
