Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place sliced potatoes in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with flour.
    Pour milk over potatoes and flour.
    Dot with 3 tablespoons butter.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle with onions and dot with remaining butter.
    Cook, covered, for 30 minutes.
