Barbecue Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 c. ketchup
2 tsp. vinegar
1 lb. can lima beans
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. can pork and beans
1 lb. can kidney beans
4 Tbsp. butter, melted in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until mixture has set.
Let cool slightly, then cut into squares.
This may be served warm or cool and may be reheated in the microwave.
