Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, broken up
    1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
    4 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Place bacon and cheese in pie shell; mix remaining ingredients well.
    Pour the mixed ingredients over the bacon and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
