Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. converted long grain rice
1 (8 oz.) can no salt tomato sauce
1/3 c. picante sauce
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a medium nonstick pan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
Has 230 calories, fat free.
