Nancy'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 large potato
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. finely shredded cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in round pie plate.
Shred potatoes and let sit in cold water.
Mix potatoes with egg, salt and pepper. Gradually mix in flour and then pack into pie plate.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 40 minutes uncovered at 400\u00b0.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 10 minutes.
Garnish with green onions, bacon bits and sour cream.
