Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/4 c. rhubarb, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Put these two mixtures together.
Mix well. Put rhubarb into unbaked pie crust.
Pour mixture over rhubarb and dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
