Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small Jiffy muffin mix
2 eggs
1/2 pkg. chopped broccoli
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick margarine, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix all ingredients and pour in small pan (sprayed with cooking spray).
