Flatbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. soda (sifted with flour)
Preparation

Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
Add milk and roll very thin.
Heat griddle and oven to 300\u00b0 and bake one side on griddle. Put on baking dish and bake in oven until crisp.
