Cool Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. tomato soup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 small jar pickled onions
Preparation

Cook carrots about 10 minutes.
They should be crunchy.
Mix oil, sugar and vinegar.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Mix other ingredients.
Pour over carrots.
Marinate several days if possible.
Good side dish.
