Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. goulash seasoning mix
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Separate cabbage leaves and immerse in boiling water for about 1 minute, until softened.
    Beat egg.
    Add ground beef, onion, rice, milk, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon goulash mix.
    Combine with fork.
    Blend remaining goulash mix, tomatoes and tomato sauce in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Place about 1 teaspoon meat mixture on cabbage leaf. Roll up securely; place in large, buttered shallow baking dish. Pour tomato mixture over rolls.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
