Mexican Roasted Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears fresh corn-on-the-cob
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Remove husks and silk from corn.
    Combine chopped green chiles and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stir well. Brush green chile mixture evenly over corn.
    Wrap each ear in heavy-duty aluminum foil to seal.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
