Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, flour, salt, pepper, boiling water and vinegar.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Add raisins and cook 5 minutes longer. Add margarine and serve over ham.
