Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese, pepper and salts and beat until light and fluffy.
    Place potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Swirl potato mixture with back of a spoon to make a circular or meringue-like pattern.
    Sprinkle with paprika and run briefly under the broiler.
