Quick Yeast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. very warm water
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and set aside.
    Melt margarine and cream with sugar.
    Add yeast and beaten egg.
    Gradually add flour. Stir until well mixed.
    Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
