Congealed Strawberry Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation

Mix gelatin and pineapple in a large saucepan.
Do not boil. Allow to cool.
Mix in buttermilk, pecans and whipped topping until blended.
Pour into an 8 x 12-inch oblong dish or clear glass bowl.
Refrigerate and serve.
