Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    salt
    grated rind of 1 orange
    orange juice
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
    To 4 cups of mashed potatoes, add 1/4 cup butter, 2 teaspoons salt, orange rind, 1/4 cup brown sugar and enough orange juice to make them light and fluffy. Pour into a baking dish, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Remove cover. Top with a little marshmallow cream and allow to brown.
