Possum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    possum
    cold water
    salt water
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    possum liver
    bread crumbs
    little chopped red pepper
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Possum is
    very fat and you should place skinned possum in cold water\tfor a few minutes and scrape real good.
    Remove all glands and\tput in pan and cover with salt water and leave in refrigerator
    overnight.
