Teenager'S Lasagna(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

12 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. oil
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) spinach, thawed and chopped
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
8 slices American cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles 12 to 15 minutes.
Cook beef, onions and garlic until beef is browned.
Turn down heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, paste, mushrooms, salt and oregano.
Combine eggs, spinach, cottage cheese and layer in a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Pour half tomato sauce in bottom.
Cover with half of the noodles.
Top with all the spinach mixture.
Cover with rest of the noodles.
Top with remaining tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with olives; cover with foil.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove foil. Cover with cheese slices and bake another 15 minutes.
