Low-Fat Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. no-fat softened cream cheese
2 (12 oz.) or 3 (8 oz.) fat-free Cool Whip
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple (in its own juice), drained
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1/2 c. pecan pieces
butter flavored vegetable spray
1 Tbsp. water
chocolate syrup (as desired)
Preparation

Coat bottom of 13 x 9 pan with vegetable spray. Mix cracker crumbs with water and enough vegetable spray to moisten, then spread on bottom of pan. Beat together 1 carton Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread over crumbs. Slice bananas on top and add crushed pineapple over bananas. Spread remaining Cool Whip over this and garnish with nuts, cherries and chocolate syrup.
