Creamed Chipped Beef (S~O~S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, snipped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 pieces toast
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add snipped beef.
    Add flour and pepper (will be pasty).
    Stir in milk; cook together until bubbly and gravy consistency.
    Serve over toast (this is 1 serving). Double for 2 servings, etc.
