Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. cube steaks
3/4 cube margarine
1 can French onion soup
1 large can peeled tomatoes, chopped
Preparation

Cover cube steaks with flour and brown in margarine in large electric frypan.
When meat is browned, add soup and tomatoes. Add water as needed if gravy gets too thick.
Cook at lowest heat in electric frypan for 3 to 4 hours so your meat will be tender.
