Spanish Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cooked cauliflower
1/2 tsp. thyme, minced
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
sprinkle of pepper
1 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
2 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. soft diet bread crumbs (whole wheat)
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Place cauliflower in shallow casserole that has been greased with 1 teaspoon canola oil.
Add seasonings to tomatoes and bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over cauliflower.
Top with crumbs and dot with margarine.
Sprinkle with paprika and grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
