Broccoli Or Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, steamed, or steamed fresh broccoli*
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1 c. rice
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    Hi Ho crackers
Preparation
    After broccoli or squash is cooked, also the rice, mix all other ingredients together; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish and top with crushed Hi Ho crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until casserole browns on top, about 30 to 40 minutes.
