Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1/2 to 2/3 c. mayo (can use fat-free)
    1 egg
    6 oz. grated, sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    bread crumbs or crushed crackers
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower.
    Blend egg, mayo, pepper, cheese and onion. Strain cauliflower and mix in sauce.
    Put in buttered casserole dish and top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
