Sweet And Sour Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 jar sauerkraut (32 oz.)
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Combine vinegar and sugar in small saucepan. Boil; set aside to cool.
Drain kraut thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and pour vinegar and sugar mixture over all.
Cover and place in refrigerator until serving time.
Salad may be stored in refrigerator for 1 week.
