Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
    1 1/2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (14 oz.) corn tortillas
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion and garlic in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well.
    Add next 7 ingredients and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
